Responsibilities:
Develop, lead and manage the global Professional Services commodity (including Temp Labor, Contingent Workforce Management, Consulting, HR Services, Legal Advisory, etc.)
Align business needs and commodity strategies closely with relevant stakeholders
Design and implement an External Workforce Policy in collaboration with HR and Legal
Lead contracting strategy, including negotiation of framework agreements, NDAs, and terms & conditions
Conduct e-auction events and report on market trends, supply chain risks, and savings
Manage supplier lifecycle: prequalification, selection, qualification, and development
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Global Commodity Team, including e-procurement tools and lean principles

Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in Category or Commodity Management for Indirect Procurement in global, multi-site organisations
