Learn more about what sets us apart here. About The Role Knight Frank is looking to hire a Saturday Assistant based in our Cobham office to join our Country Business. We are the world’s leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 20,000 people in 600 Offices across 50 Territories. Why Knight Frank? Role: As Saturday Assistant, you will be working alongside our exceptional Knight Frank team to provide an additional level of support to our clients in the office. You will be responsible for answering telephone calls, registering clients, welcoming clients who visit the office, chatting through details of properties whilst delivering an outstanding level of customer service and demonstrating strong local area insights. Acting as an ambassador for our global firm, you will use a personal approach to ensure our customers have a positive, valuable and seamless experience across all aspects of the viewing process. Responsibilities: Be an ambassador for your office by creating a positive first impression as the first point of contact. Provide comprehensive and detailed feedback about on any interactions that occurred during that Saturday. Have the ability to identify client’s needs and generate viewings and referrals. Communicate fully with all concerned to ensure that sales are managed in an efficient and professional manner. Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership. Confidently share local knowledge with the office and clients. Enhance knowledge of Knight Frank services for the purpose of cross selling to potential purchaser’s. Have the opportunity to perform viewings for the office during the week. Attend mandatory training to support this role. Key Experience Required: Previous work experience in a client facing role. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and basic IT skills. Possess excellent local knowledge. Good understanding of the sales process. Ability to proactively generate viewings.
