Due to role responsibilities, you must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
About the Client: Our client is a 16-year-old male with a brain injury from birth and has epilepsy. He is mobile but has poor vision so requires support for danger awareness out in the community. He enjoys the beach, cinema, and theatre, and we are looking for Support Workers who enjoy the outdoors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver personalized care and support to our client.
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, and meal preparation.
* Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
* Accompany client in the community, including trips to the beach, cinema, and theatre.
* Provide emotional support and companionship.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
