You will be a core member of delivering our bespoke range of handcrafted, artisanal cocktails - made with the freshest, seasonal ingredients to our guests, particularly in our stunning beer garden - a favourite spot for locals and visitors alike. Responsibilities
* Crafting and serving a wide range of beverages, from classic cocktails to local ales and seasonal specials.
* Bringing creativity and flair to our drinks menu, with opportunities to suggest new ideas and seasonal offerings.
* Creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive service.
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
* Supporting the team during busy service periods and contributing to a positive working environment.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
* A genuine passion for drinks, hospitality, and customer service.
* Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail techniques.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits
* Salary: 33,469.20 per annum OTE, HOURS: 45 hours; Weekend flexibility required. The on-target earning potential for this role is 33,469.20 per annum based on a 45-hour contract — comprising a base salary of 28,969.20, plus an estimated 4,500 in gratuities and service charge.
* Note: This role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
