Generation People is currently hiring for a Paint Sprayer to join our client based in the Chesterfield area on a permanent contract.

Summary of the role:
To spray paint material & units in accordance with the Company’s standards. The task demands a right first-time manner to maintain the Company’s high-quality within a fast-moving production environment. The role will involve the use of air assisted air less paint spraying systems.
Key Duties as the Paint Sprayer:
* Setting up painting equipment
* Sanding down and preparing the parts for spraying
* Selecting, matching and mixing paints
* Applying primer coats, main coats and finishes
* Carrying out quality checks
* Cleaning and maintaining equipment
Candidate Skills & Requirements:
* Required viscosity of different spray Methods
* Surface preparation ready for spraying
* Fault recognition
* Needs to have a keen eye for detail and high standard of work
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Engineering background
* Worked in a production environment
