A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Harlow is seeking a caring and enthusiastic KS1 Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This role would suit experienced LSAs, graduates considering a career in education, or individuals with transferable childcare experience.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils across Key Stage 1
* Providing 1:1 and small group interventions
* Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities
* Encouraging pupil engagement and confidence
* Supporting children with additional needs where required
Requirements:
* Experience working with children is desirable
* Positive, patient and proactive attitude
* Strong communication skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
