Overview
We are looking for a passionate individual to provide 5* customer experience through customer‑centric sales advice and support, meeting sales targets and maintaining an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Follow up all marketing leads and achieve target sales.
* Meet with clients, assess their needs, qualify, and actively sell the Gleeson Options range of extras.
* Actively liaise with all interested parties – clients, solicitors, estate agents, and financial advisors – and attend final inspections and customer hand‑overs.
* Maintain the customer enquiry database and conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Use COINS (training available) for contract chasing and administration.
* Maintain high standards of sales areas and completed plots through external and internal monitoring, reporting, snagging and instructing.
Qualifications
* Experience within customer service face‑to‑face, new build experience, marketing background or retail background acceptable.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and personable, well presented, composed at all times.
* Immaculate communication and presentation skills.
* Activeteam player, self‑motivated, determined, efficient and able to adapt day‑to‑day.
* A full driving licence.
* Ability to represent the Gleeson brand to the highest standards.
