One of our partner schools, a well-regarded two-form entry primary school in Chatham, are currently seeking a Year 6 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. The role will continue until at least June 2026, with a strong possibility of extension or progression within the school.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
* A qualified teacher (QTS required)
* Flexible and open to long-term or temp-to-perm opportunities
* Resilient, reliable, and able to manage a classroom with confidence
* Skilled in building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
* Able to maintain high expectations and support all learners to achieve
* Experienced in Upper Key Stage 2 (desirable but not essential)
* Familiar with supporting pupils with SEND or those from diverse backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet learning objectives
* Use assessment data to inform planning and track pupil progress
* Foster a positive learning environment and maintain high standards of behaviour
* Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, phase leaders, and support staff
