Job Title: Social Worker – Adult Mental Health Team

Rate: £33.20 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available in Wolverhampton. They are looking for a new member for their Adult Mental Health team.
What will your responsibilities be?
Support vulnerable adults, promote independence, and well-being through collaboration with individuals, families, and professionals. Conduct assessments and develop personalized support plans. Respond promptly to safeguarding concerns, ensuring legal compliance. Provide emotional support, advocacy, and facilitate group sessions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and agencies, advocating for clients’ rights. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection guidelines.

Qualifications and Experiences:
4. Social Work England registration
5. Eligible to work in the UK
6. Hold a full UK licence
7. Post-qualified experience
8. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
