We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to take the reins on some of the most critical safety areas in housing; leading on asbestos management and electrical safety as well as other compliance areas while working as part of a team to deliver water, lift, fire and gas safety.

What you’ll be doing
* Managing the delivery of electrical safety programmes including 5-year fixed wiring testing and annual PAT, aiming to complete remedials within 30 days
* Leading our approach to asbestos management in line with CAR 2012, including inspection, communication, and incident response
* Ensuring high compliance across services such as solar PV, EV charging, gates/barriers, CCTV, TV systems, fall arrest systems, and access control
* Supporting procurement, mobilisation, and ongoing delivery of key building services
* Collaborating with the Home Ownership and Customer Experience teams to improve processes and gather customer feedback
* Monitoring performance against KPIs, embedding lessons learned, and maintaining high standards across the board
* Supporting audits and being part of the out-of-hours on-call rota alongside operational managers
* Leading, supporting, and motivating a team to deliver excellent services and customer experience
* Contributing to strategic planning, budgets, and performance improvement alongside the Head of M&E Compliance
What we’re looking for:
* Experience delivering electrical services in line with IEE Wiring Regulations
* Knowledge of CDM Regs 2015, asbestos legislation (CAR 2012), and Health & Safety standards
* Proven track record in landlord compliance and asset management in housing or a similar regulated sector
* Confidence using housing/asset systems (e.g. Keystone, NEC)
* Experience leading and managing teams in a customer-focused, compliance-driven environment
* A good understanding of building services procurement and delivery
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills both internally and externally
* Strong data analysis and reporting abilities
* Qualifications such as Asbestos Awareness, Electrical Test & Inspection, and IOSH or equivalent would be ideal
