Job Description
The Corporate Managing Associate will pick up a range of work and responsibilities including;
* Advising a range of clients from AIM listed, FTSE 100 and 250 companies, investors and management teams.
* Leading on deals including private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.
* Supporting Partners on deals
* Helping mentor junior team members
* Taking an active role in marketing
* Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Corporate Managing Associate should have:
* A strong academic background and likely to have around 7 years plus PQE
* Solid experience in corporate law, particularly in handling complex transactions.
* Likely to already be working for a large regional, national or international law firm
* Ties to Leeds
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
