What you’ll do as a Team & Communications Assistant:
* Act as the first point of contact for phone, email and general enquiries
* Maintain accurate records, databases and mailing lists
* Assist with meeting logistics, event planning and general office administration
* Coordinate filing systems, basic IT support and supplies
* Create and schedule engaging website, newsletter and social media content
