Role Overview:
* Location: London (hybrid working)
* Package: £480pd - £550pd Inside IR35 + benefits
* Industry: Technology / Digital Transformation / Public Sector
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and aligning priorities
* Gather, analyse and validate business and user needs, resolving ambiguity and conflicting requirements
* Translate requirements into structured outputs such as user stories, epics and acceptance criteria
* Ensure full traceability and prioritisation of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
* Apply analytical techniques to identify root causes and recommend practical, value-driven solutions
* Map and assess business processes, systems and data to uncover gaps, risks and opportunities
* Support delivery teams through testing and validation, ensuring outcomes meet defined requirements
* Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, adapting to different delivery methodologies
* Contribute to best practice and continuous improvement within the wider analysis community
Main Skills Needed:
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build consensus
* Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
* Proven experience defining and managing requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability)
* Experience in process, systems and data analysis
* Ability to work across varied delivery environments (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid)
* Clear, confident communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
