Key functions of the role include:
* Actively promoting M4s core values.
* Collaborating with your line manager to eliminate bias from the recruitment process.
* Building a diverse and inclusive candidate pool to provide your clients with the best talent available.
* Identifying potential leads, engaging in networking, conducting sales calls, and participating in meetings to develop a robust pipeline of both new and existing clients.
* Fostering resilient relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Advertising utilising every available form of media to reach the largest audience possible, providing them with the opportunity to apply.
* Working with your line manager to set and exceed personal & business targets.
* Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify and attract the most suitable talent.
