Key responsibilities:
* Plan current and future events around wellbeing to constantly improve the company culture
* Organise and communicate internal learning programmes with stakeholders
* Support and improve employee engagement initiatives
* Monitor impact and feedback to drive continuous improvement
* Liaise across teams to ensure seamless execution of people projects
The Successful Applicant
A successful Learning & Employee Experience professional should have:
* Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programmes.
* A thorough understanding of employee engagement and development strategies.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
* A proactive approach to identifying and addressing learning needs.
* Familiarity with monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness.
* Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous.
