We have an incredible opportunity to join Computershare as an EUC Tech Lead – Collaboration. This role blends strategic influence, technical depth, and the chance to shape the future of digital collaboration at Computershare.

Key Responsibilities

* Technical Strategy & Architecture: Lead the technical roadmap for collaboration services. Define reference architectures for SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive (information architecture, site/Teams lifecycle, external access, and records management) and emerging Microsoft 365 apps (Planner, Viva, Loop, etc.). Shape Copilot readiness (permissions hygiene, data exposure risk mitigation, Graph connectors) and Power Platform guardrails (environment strategy, DLP policies, ALM).
* Collaboration Platform Ownership: Own the health, performance, and evolution of collaboration platforms. Standardise provisioning (PnP/Graph-driven), apply lifecycle policies (naming, expiration, archival), and optimise user experience (navigation, search, and content services).
* Copilot (AI) Enablement & Safety: Lead enterprise enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot (and Copilot Studio where applicable): define readiness criteria, control data access via sensitivity labels and permissions hygiene, manage plugin/connector governance, and embed responsible AI principles (auditability, transparency, guardrails).
* Mentoring and Governance: Provide 3rd-line expertise, guidance, and mentoring to collaboration engineers across regions. Review/approve changes and architectures; enforce standards for naming, RBAC, connectors, and lifecycle. Build engineering capability via code reviews, patterns, and enablement.
* Documentation & Change Management: Maintain high-quality documentation—information architecture, site/Teams lifecycle patterns, sharing models, runbooks. Own the Collaboration domain in LeanIX, ensuring currency.
* Emerging Technologies: Track Microsoft’s roadmap (e.g., SharePoint Premium, Teams AI, Graph connectors, Copilot innovations).

What Will You Bring To The Role

As an EUC Technical Lead, you will have deep expertise in collaboration technologies, and will have operated at a senior engineer or architect level in previous roles. We\'re looking for someone with an innovative mindset, a user-centric approach, and excellent leadership skills. You will be a supportive and empowering leader and mentor for the team.

Key Skills Required

* Expert-Level Collaboration Knowledge: Extensive experience architecting and administering SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive at enterprise scale (information architecture, site/Teams provisioning, lifecycle, external sharing, permissions models).
* Power Platform Governance & ALM: Proven leadership in tenant governance (environments, DLP policies, connectors, data loss controls), CoE practices, Dataverse architecture, and ALM with Azure DevOps (solutions, pipelines, deployment rings).
* Security & Compliance Expertise: Strong command of Microsoft Purview (retention/records, sensitivity labels, DLP, eDiscovery Standard/Premium), external collaboration governance (B2B guests, cross-tenant access), and auditability (Unified Audit Log, KQL dashboards). Understands data residency and regulatory drivers (e.g., GDPR).
* Automation and Scripting: Advanced PowerShell (incl. PnP PowerShell), Microsoft Graph (SDK/REST), and CLI for Microsoft 365. Experience building Azure Automation/Functions runbooks, packaging as modules, robust error handling, logging, and observability. DevOps CI/CD pipelines are desirable.
* Migrations & Consolidations: Led large scale migrations across SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams and Power Platform.
