Who This Role Suits
* This position would be ideal if you are:
* An experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, or
* A Psychology (or related) graduate keen to gain practical experience
* Able to travel to Dunstable
* Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
Key SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs
* Delivering 1:1 and small-group support
* Assisting teachers with individual learning plans
* Promoting positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
* Helping create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
We're Looking for Someone Who Is:

* Experienced working with children (SEN experience is a bonus, not a must)
