An exciting opportunity as a Guest Relations Officer has become available to join the team at Carnoustie Golf Links, as part of the Guest Relations team of our prestigious golf course.
This is a fixed-term position, ending 31st October 2025. During this time, the successful applicant will work up to 40 hours a week at £12.21 per hour. Evening and weekend work will be expected throughout employment.
Working under the Head of Customer Experience and the Guest Relations Supervisor, the role involves responsibilities such as:
1. Guest Services: answering calls, managing posts, sharing local knowledge, managing enquiries, greeting visitors, checking in golfers, reception duties, organizing golf rentals, liaising with the Caddie Master, preparing pin sheets.
2. Season Ticket Holder Services: assisting with bookings, maintaining records, processing new holders, managing emails.
