Our client is seeking a skilled Commercial Vehicle Technician to join their professional team in Benfleet, Essex. * Competitive basic salary up to £41,500, depending on experience
* OTE approximately £45,000 per year with overtime opportunities
* Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, with one in four Saturday mornings
* Daily overtime to boost earnings

* Optional NVQ Level 3 qualification and MOT licence desirable but not essential
Duties:
* Servicing and repairing light commercial vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes
* Diagnosing vehicle faults efficiently and accurately
* Conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards
* Maintaining detailed service and repair records
* Advising customers on repairs needed and scheduling work effectively
Candidate Specification:
* Proven experience working on light commercial vehicles is essential
* Possession of NVQ Level 3 in vehicle maintenance and repair
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
* Valid driving licence; MOT licence and manufacturer knowledge are preferred but not essential
