We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex and scalable technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural best practices, emerging technologies, and enterprise systems. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology landscape and driving innovation across the organisation.
Requirements
* Experience and Skills:
o Excellent communication skills
o Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions, ideally with 8+ years in IT and 3-5 years in a solution architecture role
o Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS
o Proficiency in architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and solution design methodologies
o Deep understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and integration patterns
o Solid programming experience in languages such as PHP, Python
o Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation tools like Docker and Kubernetes
* Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
o Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
o Leadership and mentorship experience to guide development teams and junior architects
o Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Qualifications:
o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
o Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are highly desirable
