Are you our new UK Account Manager based out of Aberdeen?

The Account Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships. This position is responsible for managing accounts in our Direct Channel, developing partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction to achieve long-term business success. The role involves new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.


Key Responsibilities

1. Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Establish trust and long-term partnerships with strategic accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business continuity.
2. Achieve Sales Targets and Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals, contributing significantly to organizational success.
3. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Proactively target potential high-value clients to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
4. Upsell and Cross-Sell MT Solutions: Offer additional products and services that address specific client needs and add value to existing accounts.
5. Prepare and Present Proposals for Large Accounts: Develop customized bids, tenders, and presentations for high-impact clients, aligning with organizational offerings.
6. Maintain Accurate CRM Records: Document all client interactions, proposals, and progress to ensure seamless communication and effective account management.
7. Provide Exceptional Client Service: Address client inquiries and challenges promptly to ensure satisfaction and a seamless customer experience.
8. Oversee Account Deliverables: Monitor and ensure timely delivery of services or products, meeting client expectations and contractual commitments.
9. Participate in Professional Development Activities: Stay informed about industry trends, company strategies, and client needs by attending training and planning sessions.
10. Contribute to Strategic Sales Planning: Provide insights from client interactions and market knowledge to shape sales strategies and support business growth.


We are looking for

1. Deep Understanding of the O&G industry and their training requirements: Insight into the UK market dynamics and client needs, enabling the identification of new business opportunities.
2. Strong Sales Acumen and Target Achievement: Consistent ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth through strategic account development.
3. Exceptional Negotiation and Proposal Skills: Expertise in preparing and presenting compelling proposals for large accounts, with a proven ability to close complex deals.
4. Excellent Relationship Building and Communication Skills: Ability to establish trust and rapport with key stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to analyze client needs, develop tailored solutions, and contribute to strategic sales planning.
6. Proficiency in CRM Systems and Sales Reporting: Experience in maintaining accurate records and utilizing data to track progress and inform decision-making.
7. Ability to Upsell and Cross-Sell Solutions: Skill in identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships by offering additional products and services.
8. Proactive and Results-Oriented Approach: Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
