The Opportunity
Are you a CIMA qualified or part-qualified accountant ready to make an immediate impact? We’re looking for a Management Accountant to join our Finance team on a fixed-term contract for at least 6 months, supporting key reporting and compliance activities across multiple entities.
What you’ll be doing:
Management Accounts & Financial Reporting
* Prepare monthly management accounts for a subsidiary
* Post manual journals, conduct P&L reviews, and reconcile balance sheets
* Review balance sheets and overheads across the Group
Branch Accounting Support
* Collate revenue and cost data from multiple sources
* Validate data accuracy and completeness for internal reports
Spend Analysis
* Analyse key spend categories
* Consolidate and present data to support strategic decisions
Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
* Support the preparation of statutory accounts and VAT returns
* Liaise with auditors and assist with ONS reporting
Who we’re looking for:
* CIMA qualified or part-qualified
* Strong experience in management accounts and financial analysis
* Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement
