About the Role: As a Semi-Skilled Engineer, you'll support the engineering and maintenance team, gaining hands-on experience with a range of food production machinery and equipment, while developing your skills and knowledge as an Engineer. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (rotating 05:30-14:30 & 14:30-23:30) Key Responsibilities: Assist with mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks across the site as a Semi-Skilled Engineer Carry out and support planned and reactive maintenance and engineering activities Support the engineering team to ensure machinery and equipment meet site standards and maintenance requirements Follow all Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures while working as an Engineer Help with projects and continuous improvement initiatives as a Semi-Skilled EngineerSkills & Experience: Recent apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 in mechanical or electrical engineering Some practical maintenance experience on manufacturing machinery and equipment is desirable Willingness to learn and develop as an Engineer within the team Proactive approach, able to work effectively with colleagues in engineering and productionNext Steps: To find out more about progressing your engineering career, apply today
