Permanent internal sales / customer service role for a global company based in Warrington £26 - £27k bonus Your new company You will be working for a global manufacturer that supplies products to both consumer and retailers on a permanent basis from their office in Warrington. Your new role You will be working alongside another internal sales / customer service colleague where you will both be responsible for answering incoming calls, handling enquiries about stock/pricing/orders, placing orders onto the system, supporting the sales reps, looking after specific accounts and building relationships with customers. What you\'ll need to succeed You will need to have previous customer service / sales support / sales administration experience, have excellent IT skills and be able to enter orders and customer information accurately and efficiently. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and email. What you\'ll get in return This role offers a basic salary of £26,000 - £27,000 per annum plus a bonus and commission.
