This role is hands-on and involves leading the day-to-day running of a production shift within a food manufacturing environment. You will oversee a team responsible for preparing, baking, and packing products to high quality, food safety, and performance standards. You will ensure production targets are met, documentation is completed, and health & safety and hygiene standards are consistently upheld.
