Senior Operations Analyst London Up to £55k We have partnered with a rapidly growing and award winning consumer HealthTech who are looking to hire a Senior Operations Analyst to work closely with the Operations Director and the wider SLT. As Senior Operations AnalystStrategy, you will have the opportunity to lead key functions that will drive the growth of the busuness. What you'll be doing:- Amazon Channel: Lead and manage operations for Amazon, the company’s most established and strategically important indirect sales channel. You will collaborate directly with Amazon’s internal teams to drive sustainable growth, optimise performance, and strengthen category leadership. Retail Channel: Drive continuous improvement across the retail channel. You will work closely with the commercial leadership team to onboard new retail partners, strengthen in-store visibility, grow retail networks, and optimise operational processes for scalable success. Process Optimisation: Proactively identify and deliver strategic improvements across the organisation to unlock new opportunities, boost efficiency, lower costs, and optimise supply chain operations. B2B Channel: Support the growth and expansion of the B2B channel, a fast-evolving, start-up-style operation within the broader business. What we are looking for:- 1-3 years experience in an operational role within a consumer or ecommerce start-up or scaleup. First rate analytical skills with the ability to turn heavy data into actionable insights. Managing multiple projects is your superpower across a diverse set of stakeholders. Experience in e-commerce or consumer goods would be highly beneficial.
