An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and compassionate teacher with QTS to join a well-established secondary setting in the Winchelsea area of Poole. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, supporting learners aged 16 to 18. The position is ideal for an educator who is passionate about inclusive teaching and committed to helping young people achieve both academically and personally. Teaching approaches are flexible and learner-centred, ensuring every student is supported to progress. Your Role The working hours are 8.30am to 5pm. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-planned lessons that meet a variety of learning needs while maintaining high expectations.
