Director of Brand and Marketing
We’re looking for a bold and creative Director of Brand and Marketing to help YBS deliver on its purpose and ambition. Reporting to our Chief Customer Officer, you’ll lead the charge in building an exceptional brand and delivering smart, data-driven marketing that gets results.

* Use data and segmentation to target the right customers with the right message.

About You
* Proven experience designing and delivering impactful brand or marketing campaigns.
* Deep knowledge of brand strategy, reputation management and customer engagement.
* Experience implementing AI and automation in marketing.
* Strong skills in data analytics and using insights to guide decisions.
* Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
* Confidence navigating complex regulations and communicating with clarity.
