We are seeking a Radar Engineer (Expert, or Consultant) to join the Radar Team within the F-22 Air Vehicle Subsystems at Berkeley, MO. As part of the 5th generation fighter program, you will provide technical leadership and drive technical execution to support fleet operations and radar system modernization. You will interface with program leadership, the radar supplier, and the customer.
This role is expected to be 100% onsite at Berkeley, MO.
Responsibilities
* Lead technical excellence in Radar development activities
* Serve as the primary technical interface with the Air Force Customer
* Ensure mission success and resolve anomalies promptly
* Participate in Technical Design Reviews, Engineering Review Boards, Root Cause/Corrective Actions, etc.
* Drive best practices to meet cost, schedule, quality, and technical objectives
* Capture lessons learned and best practices for knowledge transfer
Travel may be required up to 10% depending on business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
* At least 5 years of experience with Radar or RF sensor design and integration
* 9+ years of engineering experience with a Bachelor's, or 7+ years with a Master's, or 4+ years with a PhD
Security Clearance
* Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
* Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance
Preferred Qualifications
* 14+ years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
Education/Experience Levels
* Expert (Level 4): Typically 9+ years' related experience or equivalent advanced education
* Consultant (Level 5): Typically 14+ years' related experience or equivalent advanced education

Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates. Boeing is a drug-free workplace. This position is for 1st shift. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications, with pay ranges from $119,850 to $162,150 for experts, and $143,650 to $194,350 for consultants. Application deadline: June 5, 2025.
