We’re working with a purpose-driven organisation that’s seeking a motivated Account Executive to help grow and support its business membership network. You’ll play a key role in driving engagement, developing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to expand the organisation’s reach and impact.
đź’Ą As Account Executive, you will:
* Support the delivery of the organisation’s business growth strategy
* Research and identify new member opportunities within the corporate and public sectors
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals
* Deliver engaging client pitches and presentations, both virtually and in-person
* Collaborate across teams to deliver consistent messaging and excellent service
* Ensure accurate data management and reporting through CRM systems
* Attend industry events and networking sessions to raise the organisation’s profile
* Coordinate smooth onboarding for new members and oversee renewal processes
💥 What we’re looking for:
* Experience in account management, partnerships, or business development (charity, membership, or professional services background ideal)
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Strong research and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
* Confident presenting to external stakeholders at all levels
* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
* A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
