About the role
The IS Senior Analyst - Web will work within the Booker IS team, responsible for delivering secure and efficient digital systems to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. This role is part of the Web projects team, focusing on project delivery and system enhancements for our websites and apps. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing digital systems and web technologies in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, and will be enthusiastic about system improvements, bug analysis, data interpretation, and resolving complex issues.

* Basic understanding of Linux commands, preferably Red Hat.
* Experience with system performance tools like Datadog and Google Analytics.
* Proven experience with testing and issue management tools such as Jira.
* Service management skills, including troubleshooting and support.
* Understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
