#128295; What You’ll Do:
✅ Provide first and second-line support for hardware, software, telecoms and network issues
✅ Respond to helpdesk tickets, calls and troubleshoot technical problems
✅ Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
✅ Assist with onboarding/offboarding and user account management
✅ Escalate complex issues and collaborate with senior IT staff
✅ Maintain IT documentation and contribute to our knowledge base
✅ System updates, patching, and routine maintenance via RMM platform.
✅ Deploy/manage windows server technologies like RDS, Citrix systems.
✅ Deliver excellent customer service and user training when needed.
#129504; What You Bring:
~3–5 years of experience in IT support (Level 1 & 2)
~ Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking, telecoms, Citrix technologies etc.
~ Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
~ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
~ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
#127775; Bonus Points For:
Experience of working within an MSP environment.
Experience with Citrix technologies, RDS, Windows Server technologies like RDS, Failover clustering, HyperV.
