Duties:
What You'll Do
Content strategy
* Partner with content strategists and marketing leads to define audience insights, messaging hierarchies, and channel strategies.
* Align storytelling with campaign goals and user intent to maximize impact.
End-to-end content production
* Lead production from pitch to publish across multiple formats—ensuring every asset is on-brand, on-brief, and on time.
* Manage internal and external collaborators, including directors, editors, and audio engineers.
Creative development and execution
* Drive creative development from concept through delivery, collaborating with strategists, writers, and designers.
* Shape scripts, prepare talent, oversee shoots, and deliver polished final assets.
* Uphold the brand's tone, visual identity, and editorial standards across formats.
* Stay current on emerging tools (including GenAI advancements) and recommend workflow integrations.
Project management and stakeholder coordination
* Manage multiple projects concurrently across time zones and teams.
* Coordinate timelines with social, digital, media, and legal stakeholders.
* Prioritize requests based on audience, impact, and campaign alignment.
* Balance creative vision with brand governance, equitable representation, and business goals.
Platform and format innovation
* Cultivate a "creative lab" culture by experimenting with new formats (vertical video, livestreams, podcasts, interactive content).
* Use audience insights and performance data to inform creative decisions.
* Develop platform-native executions that drive relevance, engagement, and watch time.
* Collaborate with analytics teams to measure performance and evolve content based on engagement and behavior.
Budget and vendor oversight
* Manage production budgets and negotiate vendor contracts.
* Build and maintain a roster of trusted partners to ensure quality and efficiency at scale.
Skills
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
* 8+ years producing brand, editorial, or marketing content in global organizations, agencies, or media
* Expertise in video and audio production from concept through delivery
* Experience leading creative development across formats, with strong editorial judgment and storytelling instincts
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; thrives in fast-paced environments
* Clear communicator and creative collaborator with a bias toward action
* Brings agency-level craft and responsiveness, paired with the stakeholder savvy to navigate a global, matrixed organization
* Skilled at aligning cross-functional teams, managing priorities, and driving clarity
* Experience guiding external partners while upholding brand integrity
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects; fluency across Adobe Creative Suite
* Understanding of web technology, CMS systems, digital video, digital audio, live streaming, and web analytics
* Fluency in digital and OTT platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook
