This is a fantastic opportunity to engage students in the arts and help them discover their voice both on and off stage.
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver dynamic Drama lessons across Key Stages 3–5.
• Encourage creativity through acting, directing, and stagecraft.
• Develop students’ confidence, teamwork, and self-expression.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create an inclusive classroom where all students feel supported.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to school productions.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject.
• Experience teaching in Secondary Schools preferred.
• Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply.
• A DBS on the Update Service is essential.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for the arts and for inspiring young learners.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
