Summary
Morgan Hunt is seeking a proactive, technically skilled Building Surveyor to join a dedicated Property Services team for a South London based Housing Association. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving our housing stock, ensuring our residents live in safe, high-quality homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading major and cyclical works programmes.
* Managing complex repairs, disrepair claims, and void inspections.
* Supporting stock condition surveys and asset data accuracy.
* Taking the lead on damp, condensation and mould (DCM) cases.
* Providing expert technical support on responsive repairs.
About you
* Proven experience in property surveying or building maintenance
* Strong knowledge of DCM management and disrepair legislation
* Experience in contract management, procurement and inspections
* Great project planning and IT skills (especially Excel)
* A technical qualification and ideally membership of RICS, CIOB or similar
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
