This specialist school local to you supports children and young adults from the age of 5 years with complex and severe special educational needs. It is both a primary and secondary provision. Needs supported include SEMH and non-verbal. This school's community is incredibly special. They are a truly inclusive school, the school appreciates difference and celebrates individual strengths. In order to learn well, the children and young adults must all feel safe and secure. As such, they have unapologetically high standards for behaviour and conduct, and no tolerance for bullying or discrimination. The school is seeking a SEN teacher to deliver high quality teaching and learning across multiple subjects to children and young people with specialist needs who may present with challenging behaviours associated with their diagnosis. Some pupils may have multiple learning difficulties. This role is needed on a full time, permanent basis (40 hours a week) term time only.

Qualifications
* Teaching Qualification
* Relevant SEN teaching experience (Must be able to provide 2 teaching references)
* Relevant knowledge of the current national curriculum
* Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities
* delivering engaging and interactive lessons
* Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
