Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Engineer specialising in cleaning equipment, based in Wigan. The role involves performing on-site servicing and repairs, addressing technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and assisting customers with technical support and equipment troubleshooting. The Field Service Engineer will also interact directly with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction and operate efficiently as part of the NWCE team.
Qualifications
* Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance
* Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
* Customer Service skills with an ability to communicate effectively and resolve client issues
* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial or cleaning equipment
* Organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple service calls efficiently
* A recognized technical qualification or vocational training in maintenance or engineering is beneficial
