The purpose of the role:
In this role you will be assisting in the administration tasks within the Endomag Repair Centre. This will be focused on compiling repair documentation in an accurately and timely manner, monitoring and managing stock levels (within our ERP system) and general administrative tasks around the daily running of the repair centre. Good communication skills are essential to ensure efficient coordination with other internal teams.
Key Responsibilities and duties:
* Support Repair Centre Engineers in producing all required repair paperwork to stringent medical device quality requirements.
* Support with testing and quality checks to ensure quality is maintained.
* Accurately manage and communicate the ongoing work within the repair centre.
* Provide updates during meetings and via email on the status and performance of the repair centre.
* Understand a range of technical service procedure and understand the background to repair work being performed.
* Understand and maintain all safe work practices and rules.
* Assist in organising the calibration and maintenance of tooling within the repair centre.
* Assist in continuous improvement projects and driving improvements.
* Assist with stock management of spare parts and consumables.
* Participate in all safety meetings, training requirements, and team meetings.
Requirements
Experience and Knowledge
* Previous experience producing and reviewing quality critical documentation.
* Demonstrated ability to help make positive changes to improve efficiency.
* Previous experience managing stock levels / inventory within an ERP system is beneficial.
* Previous experience of working in a quality role in a regulated environment is beneficial.
* Previous experience in a quality/manufacturing/service/repair environment beneficial
Abilities and Skills
* Quick learner who pays careful attention to detail.
* Excellent paperwork skills with attention to detail.
* Solid command of English language and good communication skills.
* Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
* Understanding of principles of inventory management.
