Customer Service Executive
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £25,000 per annum + company benefits.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and professional Customer Service Executive to join our clients' busy team in Tunbridge Wells.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Providing accurate information about our products and services
Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintaining customer records with meticulous attention to detail
Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and problem-solving approach
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
