Utility Coordinator - Balfour Beatty (@one Alliance) - Drive a Greener Future with the @One Alliance
Location: Peterborough/Hybrid
@one Alliance a ground-breaking collaboration between Anglian Water and seven industry-leading partners: Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska and SWECO. Together, we deliver over half of Anglian Water's capital investment programme.
As we prepare for AMP8, our most ambitious period yet, we'll be delivering an even broader range of innovative and environmentally-driven infrastructure projects – from urban drainage to nature-based solutions like constructed wetlands.
What you'll be doing
As a Utility Coordinator, you'll own the utility data process on your assigned projects from start to finish.
Main responsibilities will be:
* Be the go-to person for utility information throughout the project lifecycle.
* Review, manage, and present data using digital tools such as GIS and BIM 360 Docs.
* Collaborate with project teams, designers, and external partners to ensure utility data is fit for purpose.
* Identify efficiencies through our Global Support Team and propose innovative ways to streamline processes.
* Promote and champion utility best practices across the alliance.
* Support the onboarding of new starters, manage communications via our dedicated utility mailbox, and stay ahead of industry changes that impact how we work.
Who we're looking for
What you'll bring:
* Previous experience in the construction or utilities sector.
* Confidence using digital tools like ArcGIS or BIM.
* Understanding of key industry documentation (e.g., HSG47, CDM Regs, PAS 128 & 256).
* Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
