The key responsibilities of Financial Controller will include: Lead the monthly management accounts production and present to senior board members. Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Provide in depth forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for key business partners. Motivate and develop the finance team encouraging effective collaboration and structure. Suggest and implement financial strategies and process improvements on a continuous basis. The suitable Financial Controller will possess: Full ACCA/CIMA Qualification significant post qualification experience. Proven experience in a similar senior position. Excellent communication skills and evidence of strong business partnering abilities. Experience building and leading a team. Excellent all-round IT abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The company offer a very flexible remote first working style with occasional visits to their Hampshire based offices.
