Due to the location, it is highly beneficial for candidates to have access to their own transport. Hybrid working available after training (3 days office, 2 from home) Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am-3.30pm with 30 minute break. Overview We are working with a well-established manufacturing client based at Inchinnan Business Park who are looking to add a Materials Planner / Expeditor to their growing team. This role would suit someone with experience in either materials planning or expediting, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The position plays a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly by coordinating materials, tracking orders, and managing changes effectively. Key Responsibilities Expedite project orders both internally and with external suppliers Manage complex material call-offs, amendments, and updates Monitor order progress to ensure on-time delivery Liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and project stakeholders Resolve delays or supply issues proactively Maintain accurate records of orders, schedules, and changes Support project execution teams with material availability and planning Skills & Experience Experience in a Materials Planner or Expeditor role (either background considered) Strong organisational and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Confident communicator, both internally and externally Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability Experience working within manufacturing, engineering, or project environments would be beneficial Previous experience of working on an ERP system is highly beneficial Minimum 24 months’ experience in a relevant role What’s on Offer: Competitive salary with annual bonus potential 34 days holiday Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home after training) Opportunity to join a supportive and growing team Immediate start available Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 annual bonus (up to £2,215) depending on experience.
