Hire Desk Manager
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Hire Desk Manager to join a leading equipment hire business in Southampton. This is a full-time permanent position.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing a team of coordinators
2. Able to plan deliveries and provide best transport solution
3. Providing excellent customer service whilst managing customer expectations within the framework of the SLA
4. Develop a strong sense of customer ownership
5. Building key relationships with customers
6. Advising and providing recommendation and solutions to customers
Requirements:
1. Previous experience within a rental or transport planning industry
2. Experience managing a small team
3. Proactive working approach
4. Exceptional communication skills including negotiation and influencing
5. Ability to engage and build relationships
This position is working Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 5pm and offering a salary of £30,000 - £34,000 depending on experience.
