Key Responsibilities Provide first-line ICT support to staff and students, ensuring smooth operations. Maintain IT rooms and equipment, keeping everything in up to date Keep software/hardware inventories updated and accurate. Manage helpdesk calls and respond independently to IT issues. Assist with the evaluation and implementation of new and existing software. Develop and maintain recording systems for ICT usage. Support staff presentations with technical assistance. Commission, maintain, and repair electronic systems and AV equipment in compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
