Job Role: Maintenance Manager (Mon-Fri | Days)
Basic Starting Salary: £60 000 Per Year (Negotiable)
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Working Hours: Monday-Friday | Days Only (Flexible Hours)

The Maintenance Manager Purpose
As the Maintenance Manager you will be working within a manufacturing facility, maintaining production levels.
You will have full responsibility & full autonomy for the management of a team of Engineers and Subcontractors based across site.
The Maintenance Manager Role & Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage Planned & preventative maintenance.
* Day to day machine breakdown resolutions.
* Maintaining plant maintenance records.
* Manage a team of engineers and subcontractors.
* Staff Recruitment.
* Full autonomy to run the engineering department.
* Annual budget preparation including analysis of past and present performance data.
* Production management.
* Weekly KPI reports.
* Knowledge of metal pressings and mechanical/hydraulic presses would be advantageous.
