We seek an enthusiastic, professional, and confident individual to work in our busy reception area, often being the first point of contact for customers.
You will provide information about council services face-to-face, via phone, and using IT systems. High personal resilience and communication skills are essential, as some customers may be vulnerable or distressed.
Previous customer service experience and knowledge of council operations are beneficial but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
The role involves actively participating in service improvement initiatives and ensuring excellent customer service even when resolutions are not immediately available.
