Job Summary Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Textile Machine Operator to join our clients team near Mintlaw on a full time permanent basis. Please note there are no public transport to this location so if you are unable to drive, you will need to arrange your own transport. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with various textile machinery within a manufacturing environment however full training will be provided to the right candidate. A keen eye for detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential. Hours: Mon - Thurs 0700/0730 - 1600/1630 and Friday: 0700/0730 - 1500/1530 Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machinery, ensuring optimal performance and quality output. Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while working in a factory environment. Essential skills and experience: Be reliable and able to work on own initiative. Experience working with wool or fabric desirable. Manual handling skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Be conscientious with a good work ethic.
