Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Projects - NoVA will:
1. Assist in managing daily project operations from preconstruction through close-out
2. Support coordination between field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and design consultants
3. Track and manage RFI logs, submittals, and change orders
4. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost reports
5. Help ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
6. Participate in meetings and site visits to maintain progress and quality control
7. Assist in procurement and contract management
8. Support documentation and reporting for project milestones

The Successful Applicant
The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Projects - NoVA will have:
9. 1-3+ years of construction experience, preferably with multifamily residential projects
10. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
11. Familiarity with project management software (, Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project)
12. Understanding of wood-frame construction and building systems
13. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
14. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
