Main duties of the job
Chy provides a 12-week residential programme offering a range of trauma-informed approaches. The main house can accommodate up to 18 residents, with the option of an additional 12 weeks for those who require additional therapeutic interventions and support. We're looking for a compassionate and motivated leader to join our residential service at Chy. Working closely with the Residential Service Manager and the wider Operations Leadership Team, you'll help ensure the service is safe, compliant and deliver high-quality, recovery-focused support in line with external regulatory requirements. You'll play an active role in shaping and embedding our therapeutic programme, supporting residents as they move on to greater independence and remain connected through aftercare. Alongside this, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to share good practice, monitor outcomes, and continually improve how we support people to achieve their goals. You'll support, line manage and inspire a team of Residential Support Workers by helping them develop through effective supervision, training and development. You'll excel in building trusting relationships with a range of stakeholders, such as residents and commissioners. With a strong focus on quality, learning, and collaboration, you'll help ensure that information is recorded accurately, standards continue to improve, and the service remains efficient, effective, and true to our values. As part of this role, you will be required to work some evenings and weekends - further details will be provided at the interview.
