1. Own and drive the success of selected product ranges by implementing effective marketing plans to optimize revenue and margin growth.
2. Develop and execute category plans encompassing range strategy, pricing, promotions, and market analysis.
3. Lead product launches and go-to-market delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams.
4. Champion Kärcher products in the UK, acting as the key expert for internal teams and international stakeholders.
5. Analyse performance and competitor insights to provide actionable recommendations for business growth.
6. Manage the full product lifecycle, proactively identifying opportunities to improve or simplify portfolios for maximum profitability.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
7. Product and Marketing experience within a fast-moving business environment.
8. A-Level or equivalent education, including GCSE English and Maths.
9. Strong communication and analytical skills with a structured, driven, and adaptable personal approach.
10. A current driving license essential
11. A degree in Marketing or Business and technical knowledge of cleaning machines and competitors desirable
